Our products are inspected, photographed, and packaged under 4K CCTV before delivery to make sure the item is in pristine condition. In the case that there is ever a manufacturing problem, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee, where we assure you that we will repair your jewellery for a lifetime for free.
Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have any questions or would like to return your item for repairs. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and in the case that charges should apply, we will contact you before to any work is done.
