We are able to service mechanical watches in house with our in-house qualified watchmakers, like all servicing we follow the brand and industry standards using only the finest tools.

Only our head in-house watchmaker works on these types of watches due to the complexity of movements and servicing them, once again all brand and industry standards are followed during servicing.

Valeting and Polishing - Prices from £90

We take a lot of pride in our valeting and polishing service, this can be incorporated with a service or done as a standalone service. We try to make sure your watch looks as good as it did when it first left the factory, we can also do sympathetic valeting when it comes to either vintage or sentimental pieces.

Our team has had the privilege of having direct training from Her Majesty the Queens jewellery polisher.

Parts replacement

We have a wide range of parts readily available for many different brands,if your watch needs a replacement part we don’t have in stock, parts would be ordered direct from the manufacturer.

Our previous watch repair work

A client came to us with his damaged Rolex after dropping it on holiday. He had been turned down by two companies who said they couldn’t repair it. Our in-house master watch smith got to work and repaired the damage within a week. The client was thrilled, and the watch looked brand new.
